Who We Are

SEE Holding started life with a vision; the vision to make real and impactful change in a world that is facing an existential crisis due to an excess of greenhouse gas emissions and the resulting environmental catastrophe.

In the 2000s, the foundational companies of SEE Holding were founded in the fields of construction, renewable energy, waste management and real estate development – all with sustainability as a core value.

In the aftermath of the global financial crash of 2008, the idea of The Sustainable City was born and quickly gained traction as what was to become a working model for how cities could be built in any climatic region, allowing people to live in harmony with the environment and each other.

A decade after the first The Sustainable City was conceptualized and subsequently replicated across the UAE, it was time to consolidate two decades of sustainability knowledge across a diverse portfolio of assets into SEE Holding in order to empower partners to implement this proof-of-concept development on a global scale.

SEE Holding is now a sustainably focused global holding group that is spearheading a net zero emissions future. Through three divisions, SEE Holding provides and applies practical solutions from master planning and design through to detailed construction and finishing under the three pillars of sustainability: social, environmental, and economic. Ultimately, SEE Holding invests in partnerships to enable the development of live-work-thrive, future-ready infrastructure and cities all over the world with a view to redefining the way people live and working towards a better tomorrow for one and all.
