Launched in 2022, The Sustainable City, Yiti is the first net zero city in the world, realizing 2050 net zero targets by the year 2040. Located 30km from central Muscat this is a coastal development overlooking the Gulf of Oman and is a joint venture between Oman Tourism Development Company. Expected to be completed in 2025, TSC Yiti also presents opportunities for research and learning, enabling the essential transfer of sustainability knowledge.
